I’m always on the lookout for new lotions and potions to improve my skincare routine – what woman isn’t right? Since having Max I feel like I’ve aged 10 years overnight, so when I heard about the anti-ageing Revitalizing Serum from Frezyderm I knew this was the next must have product for my beauty stash.

Frezyderm is a Greek brand first established in 1986.  Their range of products have been designed to provide effective hydration through two different product ranges – anti-ageing and moisturising. The active ingredients found in the Revitalizing Serum provide the skin cells with oxygen which increase the skin’s elasticity and reduces the appearance of wrinkles by up to 78%. What more could you want from a serum?

The serum comes in a handy pump style tube so it’s really easy to dispense. I only needed to apply a few drops of this to my face and neck twice a day and it left my skin feeling smoother, softer and less oily. I’m usually a bit sceptical about creams that claim to reduce wrinkles but I can honestly say that after only 2 weeks of using this product my skin looks and feels the best it has done in years. I actually don’t think I could live without it now.

Frezyderm also have a wide range of baby care products, so not one to be left out – Max also got to try out some goodies.

First up was the Baby Cream. With a protective barrier it’s great in helping to prevent nappy rash. This cream has a really thin texture and I found it spread really easily on Max’s peachy little bottom. Containing chamomile oil, which has soothing and anti-inflammatory properties, and panthenol, which regenerates and heals the skin, I found this overall to be a winner in helping to keep the dreaded nappy rash away.

Lastly was the Baby Liquid Talc. I’ve never been a fan of the powder versions that you can buy as I find them so messy, usually getting more splattered around the room rather than on the desired area. This liquid talc comes as a cream so I could be a lot more precise when applying. The liquid talc contains pharmaceutical grade talcum powder, which absorbs surface moisture and leaves a thin layer which protects the skin. It also contains chamomile extract and chamomile oil, both of which provide relief from inflammation and irritation. Lastly the wheat proteins moisturise and soften the outer layer of baby’s skin, leaving it hydrated and smooth.

Frexyderm isn’t a brand that I was aware of until recently but I’ve definitely been won over. I’m usually really cautious about using new products on Max’s delicate little skin but I’ll definitely be continuing to use these during our daily routine.
