As much as I love browsing high street shops on a weekend to see what new additions I can add to Max’s wardrobe, there is nothing better than a bit of late night online shopping and treating him to something that little bit out of the ordinary. When I was introduced to Little Chickie, a family run independent online baby and toddler boutique, I was really impressed with their gorgeous, quirky, high quality clothes and gifts for 0 – 3 years olds, with the website selling an array of products from a variety of brands in Britain and worldwide.
If you’re a follower of my Instagram account you’ll have noticed that I have a slight addiction to baby leggings. In fact I rarely dress Max in anything else. So when Little Chickie got in touch asking me if I’d like to review some of their items I didn’t hesitate to say yes and headed straight to their website where I found THE cutest selection of baby leggings I have ever seen and I immediately added three pairs to my basket.
All three pairs of baby leggings were from designer Blade & Rose. First up were these red and navy stripe leggings with a gorgeous racing car design on the back and blue star design on the knees.
The second pair of leggings I picked were these two tone blue stripe leggings with pirate detail on the back.
The third and final pair of leggings, and my personal favourites, were these red, white and blue stripe with a very regal design on the back.
All of these leggings are made from 75% cotton, 20% nylon and 5% elastane. They’re lightweight, super soft and stretchy, all of which are things I look for when picking clothes for a little boy who is desperate to be on the move. The flexibility and comfort of these leggings means Max isn’t restricted and can explore and move with ease.
These baby leggings are priced at £10 per pair which isn’t much more than something similar would cost you in one of the high street shops. They make Max’s cute little bottom that tiny little bit cuter and in my opinion the fun designs and high quality mean they are worth every penny.
