Infantino have just launched their latest product, the 3 in 1 Sensory Discovery Car Walker, and Max was lucky enough to have been sent one to try out just as it hit the shops.
Infantino claim they ‘work hard to create a lot of really cool stuff to keep mum’s and babies happy and help them grow together’ and as soon as we opened the box we could see how hard they really had worked with this walker.
The first thing that struck me about the Infantino 3-in-1 Walker was the attention to detail. Nothing has been forgotten when it comes to the design, even down to the little eyebrows above the eyes and the adorable smiley face on the front. The bright colours used throughout add to the fun and playful theme.
The Infantino 3-in-1 Walker is suitable for children aged between 6-36 months and has three stages to help guide your child through those all important development milestones. It boasts features such as 4 playful melodies, 20 different sound and light effects and 6 different textures.
It’s simple to assemble, taking no more than five minutes, which was handy as Max sat rather impatiently waiting for us to finish. What followed next was so cute, as he worked his way round the walker inspecting all the little details.
Stage 1 is ideal for encouraging children to play. The back wheels on the walker lock into place, turning it into a perfect stationery play station with lots of sensory activities.
On one side there’s an integrated ball and tunnel course which kept Max busy for ages as he repeated the process over and over again, catching the ball as it came out of the tunnel.
On the other side is a shape sorter which is great for keeping those little hands busy.
Rolling the eye’s on the front of the walker sets off the headlights and produces some mega cute sound effects.
Stage 2 is aimed at getting children to stand. Keeping the back wheels locked, moving the handle into the middle slot encourages children to pull themselves up and steady themselves on their feet.
Stage 3 begins when your child is ready to take their first steps. Moving the handles up into the highest position your little one is ready to go. The movement triggers the headlights to flash and the sound effects to come on, meaning you certainly make your presence noticed as you enter the room.
Max has had great fun using the walker over the past few weeks and it’s really helped him to get used to being up on his feet. Judging by his happy little face below I’d say it’s definitely got his seal of approval.
If you want to get your hands on the action packed Infantino 3-in-1 Walker then head over to Argos – your little one will definitely thank you for it.
